Staff Guardian
Staff Guardian is an innovative application, that allows managers to ensure their staff's safety and manage overheads easily.
Staff Guardian improves the lone working environment by allowing staff to update their status and location via text message, via the web or desktop app. Should a staff member not update their status within a specified timeframe, the system automatically notifies managers and colleagues whom can act appropriately and contact the lone worker.
Staff Guardian also features the ability to track mileage, produce timesheets and time spent with client reports, which saves managers valuable time and resources.
In the UK the law states; The Health and Safety at Work etc Act 1974: Section 2 sets out a duty of care on employers to ensure the health, safety and welfare of their employees whilst they are at work
